Minimum Rental Duration
The minimum rental period is 2 days.
Age and Experience
- Minimum age required: 21 years old
- Experience required: Valid motorcycle license (Category A) held for at least 2 years
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required, ranging from €500 to €2000 depending on the motorcycle model. This deposit is not charged and must be made using a credit card in the renter’s name.
Payment
- The booking is confirmed after a 20% deposit is paid.
- The remaining balance must be paid by credit card or cash at the time of pickup.
Required Documents
- Valid driver’s license
- Identity document (passport or national ID)
- Proof of residence (or hotel reservation)
- Credit card in the renter’s name for the deposit
Mandatory Travel Insurance
All renters must have valid travel insurance covering risks associated with motorcycle use (property damage, bodily injury, civil liability). Proof of insurance is required before finalizing the rental.
Pickup and Drop-Off Service
- Pickup and return are by appointment only
- Available Monday to Sunday with 2 days’ notice
Pickup and Drop-off Fees:
- Marrakech / Casablanca: €50
- Tangier / Fes: €100
- Other locations: Fees based on distance and number of motorcycles
Safety Equipment
- Helmet and gloves are mandatory (available for rent)
- Optional rental of jackets, motorcycle coats, and waterproof gear
General Terms
- Responsibility: The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, damages, and losses
- Insurance: Includes civil liability coverage. Damages caused by the renter are subject to the rental contract terms
- Usage: Prohibited for racing, competition, or illegal activities
- Return: Motorcycle must be returned in its original condition. Repair costs will be deducted from the deposit if necessary
In Case of Technical Issues
- Quick Solutions: For minor issues, please contact us for assistance and guidance
- Replacement Motorcycle: If a major issue affects safety or usability, an equivalent replacement will be provided if available
- Other Solutions: If a replacement is not available, alternative arrangements (e.g. discounts) will be discussed
