We strongly recommend checking the details of your travel insurance before your departure to ensure it is suitable for motorcycle use in Morocco. If you are unsure, please contact your insurer for clarification.

Please note that having valid travel insurance is a mandatory condition for renting our motorcycles. We reserve the right to request proof of insurance before finalizing the rental.

If you experience any technical problems with the rented motorcycle, we are committed to finding a fast and appropriate solution. Here are our procedures in case of need:

1. Quick Solution:
In the event of a minor issue, we encourage you to contact our team so we can assess the situation and advise you on the next steps to take.

2. Replacement Motorcycle:
If the motorcycle cannot be repaired on-site and the issue affects your safety or comfort, we will provide you with an equivalent replacement bike as soon as possible.

3. Other Solutions:
If no replacement motorcycle is available, we will discuss alternative solutions with you, such as a discount on the rental price or other mutually agreed arrangements.

Our priority is to ensure your safety and satisfaction throughout the entire rental period.

Wearing a helmet and gloves is mandatory. We can provide them as an optional add-on.

We strongly recommend wearing appropriate gear for safe riding.

In addition to helmets and gloves, we can also provide motorcycle jackets and waterproof riding suits upon request.
